
Ingredients
• 1 cup of hazelnut meal
• 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 2 cups fresh pitted dates
• 3 tbsp hazelnut butter (you should be able to find this at your local health store)
• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
• Pinch of salt
Method 1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is well combined (to check, press some mixture into the palm of your hand. If it doesn’t stick together, add a teaspoon of water at a time until mixture reaches the right consistency).
2. Wet hands lightly with water and roll one tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week (if they last that long, which they won't).
