
Ingredients • 3/4 cup rolled oats • 1 apple, grated • 2 tbsp slivered almonds, lightly toasted if possible • 2 tbsp currants • 3/4 cup milk • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tbsp honey
Method 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the yoghurt, cinnamon and honey. Stir to combine. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. 2. In the morning, divide the mixture between two bowls (or don't, there's no judgement here) and top with yoghurt, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. 3. That's it. The end. All done.
